A week is divided into 2 phases
Matching and dating
Matching Phase lasts from Monday till Thursday
Dating Phase lasts from Friday eve till Sunday noon for selected times
When you open the app during 'matching phase' we ask you for your availability during 'dating phase'. As a part of the Oho! community you are expected to honor your commitment
Matching Phase
During 'Matching Phase' we show you a handful of potential matches every day. Once you match with 2 people in a week, we stop showing you more matches. We do not want you to feel overwhelmed

Dating Phase
Once matched we will share the details of the date in the chat. ‘Chat feature’ is unlocked only after you go on your date. We set up a date for you and your match at a restaurant based on your location, availability, and cuisine preferences. Once you show up, the host will guide you to your table.

Matching phase is from Sunday 6:00 PM till Thursday 12:00AM
Dating phase lasts from Thursday Evening till Sunday afternoon for selected times.
Yes, you can change your availability till you get a match. You cannot change the date time after you match with someone.
Currently, you can only match with 2 people per week.
Chat option is not available till you go on your date.
If you fail to show up for the first time, your account will be suspended for 2 weeks. If you fail to show up for the 2nd time, your account will be suspended for 4 weeks. If you fail to show up for the 3rd time, your account will be suspended for 8 weeks. After 8 weeks your account will reset back. We believe that people can change for the better 🙂 (In the future, there will be a rescheduling option)
We are launching in DC, Maryland (selected locations) and Northern Virginia area. Our goal is to expand and come to your city soon. Please go ahead and put your name and location on the waitlist at www.ohodating.com.
We hope to launch premium subscription soon. Premium subscription will include features like unlimited swiping, rescheduling after you match with a date and more.
